Welcome to my website. I am a REALTOR® with Mel Foster Co. and am dedicated to helping my clients with their selling and buying needs. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations.
I started Real Estate in 1999 and quickly learned, this is not a sales job. I am a consultant helping people buy or sell a home, so I will never try to sell you on anything. I will only advise and help to protect your best interest.
I tell people “I ALWAYS ANSWER MY PHONE” but in all honesty, I have missed a couple of calls over the last twenty+ years, but it is exceedingly rare, and if that should happen. I will return your call/text or email very quickly.
I have four children, 2 dogs, and 2 cat, I volunteer to coach football almost every year and I also volunteer to teach a 2nd grade Government class for JA.
My wife Angella and I have been together since 1995. We are foster parents and have taken in several children through the years, one of our 4 kids is adopted.
We live in Bettendorf with the mighty Mississippi in our back yard, we love family time, boating, taking the Harley for a nice long ride.
Over 20 years in this business, I like to think I have seen almost every scenario that may or may not happen throughout a transaction and I would love to put my experience to work for you.
